Until now, plastic pavers have generally been unable to withstand high loadings when compared to concrete systems. CellPave HD is able to cope with these loads and also has the following benefits over concrete or Grasscrete type systems:

  • Flexible, so will not crack in adverse conditions
  • Insulating properties minimise grass ‘burn off’ in high temperatures
  • No specialist tools or equipment needed for installation

  • MATERIALS
    100% recycled from UK sourced post-industrial polymers. We have a guaranteed, consistent material source. Durability in all climates is well proven as the same materials have been used to manufacture speed ramps for over 20 years

  • SUPPLY
    Twelve press tools are now installed and producing continuously 24/7 . We have multiple machines available to produce the pavers and we are able to commission additional tools very quickly as demand increases

  • DESIGN
    Our unique design incorporates substantial improvements over existing products in the marketplace. In particular, the channel feature will help to encourage healthier grass growth from within the paver.

  • CERTIFICATION & TESTING
    Extensive testing has shown our paver to be virtually indestructible. We have backed up this testing with certification from both Lloyds and TUV. CellPave HD has been manufacturer tested under strict conditions to exceed the requirements of DIN 1072 – Road and foot bridges design loads specification.

    The requirement is that CellPave HD shall be strong enough to support a heavy lorry load of 600kN (SLW 60).

    Not to be confused with normal injection moulded pavers that generally weigh from 5kg/m² to 10kg/m², CellPave HD are 33kg/m² – in a different class!
